Het platform blijft volledig bruikbaar tot 31 augustus 2025. Daarna gaat Workplace over in een read-only fase en in 2026 wordt het definitief gesloten, inclusief alle opgeslagen data. Voor veel organisaties betekent dit \u00e9\u00e9n ding: opnieuw kiezen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom stopt Meta met Workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meta heeft aangegeven de focus te verleggen naar andere strategische prioriteiten, met name op het gebied van AI. Workplace past niet langer binnen die koers en wordt daarom stap voor stap be\u00ebindigd. Voor gebruikers maakt de reden uiteindelijk minder uit. De realiteit is dat het platform verdwijnt en organisaties op zoek moeten naar een alternatief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat betekent dit voor jouw organisatie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoewel de deadline nog even weg lijkt, is dit h\u00e9t moment om in actie te komen. Migraties kosten tijd en raken vaak meerdere onderdelen van je organisatie. Daarnaast is dit niet alleen een technische overstap, maar ook een inhoudelijke keuze: hoe wil je dat communicatie binnen je organisatie werkt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waar moet je op letten bij een alternatief voor Workplace?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel organisaties zoeken een tool die lijkt op wat ze hadden. Maar juist nu is het moment om verder te kijken. Een platform werkt pas als mensen het ook echt gebruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let bijvoorbeeld op:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hoe makkelijk medewerkers het platform daadwerkelijk gebruiken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of communicatie centraal en overzichtelijk is<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of interactie mogelijk is, in plaats van alleen zenden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoe snel je kunt schakelen zonder afhankelijk te zijn van IT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Niet elke oplossing is hetzelfde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meta adviseert gebruikers om over te stappen naar Workvivo van Zoom. Dit kan een logische optie zijn, maar het is verstandig om breder te kijken. Veel tools zijn onderdeel van grotere organisaties, waarbij interne communicatie niet de kernactiviteit is. Dat zie je vaak terug in focus en doorontwikkeling. Steeds meer organisaties kiezen daarom voor een communicatieplatform dat volledig gericht is op verbinding en betrokkenheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Van informatie naar verbinding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een goed platform doet meer dan alleen informatie delen. Het zorgt dat medewerkers betrokken blijven, sneller informatie oppakken en makkelijker met elkaar in contact staan.
