AS Roma’s Business Club has rapidly evolved into one of the most innovative networking communities within football. What started as a free membership has successfully transitioned into a paid model, achieving an impressive 80% renewal rate.

From limited engagement to a scalable model

Before implementing Bundeling, managing the business club came with several challenges. The existing web platform offered limited engagement and lacked a smooth user experience. Communication was fragmented, and creating valuable networking opportunities required significant manual effort.

Event management in particular was complex. Registrations and coordination relied on Excel sheets, external forms, and email communication, making the process time-consuming and difficult to scale.
