Where engagement really happens at Oté Pharma

Oté Pharma, based in Uden, develops and manufactures contact lens solutions, eye drops and eye sprays for more than 60 countries worldwide. With around 100 employees using the platform, the organisation was looking for a more engaging way to connect colleagues and share information internally.

A fast start with a clear goal

Bundeling was introduced after colleagues discovered the platform through their network. The interest was immediate, and the implementation followed quickly.

“We were immediately won over. Things went very quickly after that; we were already using the platform by the end of November 2021,” says Ilse Cuijpers, Marketing & Communications at Oté Pharma.

The organisation started with a basic setup, with the intention to expand and integrate further over time.

What drives engagement

From the start, it became clear what works best: content that focuses on people.

“We noticed right away that we received the most feedback and engagement on personal posts, especially when the focus was on an individual.”

Posts about colleagues, milestones and shared moments consistently generate the most interaction. Whether it’s a long-term client visit, a company success celebrated with donuts, or a personal milestone, these moments bring the organisation together. For a company of around 100 employees, receiving more than 25 likes on a post shows strong engagement.

One central communication environment

Bundeling is now used as a central environment for internal communication.

“We’re especially pleased with how Bundeling gives you a quick, easy way of contacting your colleagues.”

Employees use the platform to share updates, ask for help, and stay informed about what’s happening across the organisation. From introducing new colleagues to sharing job vacancies, birthdays and business updates, everything is brought together in one place. This makes it easier to stay connected, especially across different teams and activities.

Supporting collaboration and visibility

The platform also plays a role in day-to-day collaboration. If support is needed, colleagues can easily ask for help through the platform. Teams share updates from trade shows, highlight special days such as Safety Officer Day, and give visibility to different roles within the organisation. This creates more awareness of what is happening across the company and strengthens internal connection.

A platform that fits the organisation

The experience with Bundeling is described as very positive, both in terms of the platform itself and the collaboration.

“We really like the short lines of communication that we have with the Bundeling team.”

Especially during the initial rollout, this support helped ensure that everything was set up quickly and effectively.

“We’re especially pleased with how Bundeling gives you a quick, easy way of contacting your colleagues.”

By combining company updates with personal stories and practical communication, Bundeling has become a natural part of daily work at Oté Pharma. It enables employees to stay connected, informed and involved, all within one environment.
