The Girona FC Business Club is a fast-growing community of partners, hospitality clients, and suppliers connected to the club. Over the past two seasons, the number of members has increased by 50%, while the event calendar is expanding from 2 to 12 events per year.

From manual processes to structure

Before Bundeling, communication with business club members was fragmented and time-consuming. The team relied on email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and Excel sheets to manage registrations and member data.

At the same time, members had limited visibility of the network. Connections mainly happened during events, making it difficult to facilitate meaningful interactions outside those moments. This regularly led to questions about introducing members to each other, requiring many emails to be sent.

A growing network needs a different approach

As the business club expanded, it became clear that traditional ways of working would not scale. To run a professional and efficient business club, a dedicated tool is necessary, and Bundeling fulfills that role perfectly. It brings together all the essential components needed to effectively manage the club.

Members can easily find, connect, and communicate with each other independently. This makes networking fast and efficient.

Additionally, features like registration forms and access control through e-tickets for events have streamlined processes. These were introduced this season, with app usage made mandatory for attending events.

Supporting growth and efficiency

The impact is visible across multiple areas. Communication is faster and more structured, while administrative processes require less time and effort.

Members are more engaged, as they can independently connect and access relevant information whenever needed.

Looking ahead

There are still many opportunities to enhance and grow the app. For example, integrating parking and matchday ticketing into the app is on the agenda to simplify processes and reduce reliance on email for daily communication.

Next season, several areas of the app will be updated, and additional content will be added to improve the member experience. Expanding app usage to other club departments is also a priority, transforming it into a club-wide project to unlock its full potential.

While the app has significantly improved many areas, the Bundeling team’s support stands out the most.
